Dear Jeff,

I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know what an outstanding job your team did on our recent kitchen remodel.

I had called your office on a Friday evening after hours, planning to leave a message requesting an appointment.  Within minutes, I received a call from Guy Hickman, who scheduled an appointment to bid our project.  Guy was friendly and professional and made an outstanding first impression of your firm.

Russ Morris arrived to handle our project and was prompt and courteous.  He actually made a suggestion and additional change to the kitchen island sink that resulted in a much more efficient layout, which also gave us the use of more cabinet space.

We will certainly recommend your company and services to our friends and family.  A future bathroom remodel is also planned in the coming year, so we look forward to working with Nixco Plumbing again.
