Dear Mr Hickman

Mr. Morris was the Nixco technician who responded for service to our multiple plumbing needs beginning November 9. 2005.  This letter represents our appreciation for his excellent performance from beginning to end.  It was truly outstanding, prompting us to write this note.

We are most happy with the quality of his work, his dedication to making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction, and his professional work ethic.
