Nixco notified my when the technician was on his way. Kris was professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem, presented me with options for repair and completed the work, including an extra shut off valve to prevent future issues. Would definitely use Nixco again!

Great service technician, horrible up-pricing on parts. Gabe did great work with my repair. By all means, he was very good. When I looked up the cost for the parts that were replaced and taking into consideration Nixco gets a contractor price discount, the mark up to the customer is extremely high. Labor cost was high but he did do a nice job. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to get estimates so I accepted the quote and had the work done. Posting this for awareness to the customer to be prepared for an expensive bill but at least the quality was there.

I recently used Nixco to replace a hot water heater. Russ and John were great. The installation time was so quick. They were both professional and personable. When they left everything that was moved was put back into place. It was like they were never there. ☺️ A company that I will continue to use in the future.

We recently had the wonderful experience of choosing Nixco Plumbing when we needed to replace two toilets. The two plumbers that came were Kris Bole and another gentleman. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. They were both friendly and very professional. Kris answered all of our questions. They placed large rugs down in the areas they were working, so there was no dirt on our floors. They were very quick and you could tell that they worked well together. Really glad I found NixCo plumbing. My basement extractor pump failed and I wasn't up for the challenge to fix it myself. They came out right away and took care of the problem quickly and cleanly. Definitely worth the money and they saved me a lot of time and aggravation.

I had a major leak outside my house. Nixco came right away figured out the problem and got me in the schedule to replace the main water pipe. Shawn was just awesome! He spent time diagnosing the issue and he was very detail orientated. He was friendly and courteous! We have now found our new plumber as this is the first time that we used Nixco. We will use them and only them for all of our plumbing issues in the future. The service was great. The technician arrived on time in the morning. They were able to identify the issue with my water heater as well as to replace it the same day. The service Technician was John. He seemed to know what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him.

Personable honest service people. They realized early on it was a birds nest in the vent. Fixed it fast. They could have easily created a bunch of other reasons to drive the cost up but didn’t. Great honest service. I would and will recommend them to anybody.
